Overview

1. Liquid metal composite phase change heat dissipation technology organically combines liquid metal heat conduction material with excellent heat transfer performance and advanced heat pipe technology. Through complex thermal processes such as high-frequency pulsation and enhanced convection of liquid metal in the heat pipe cavity, the heat transfer capability of the liquid metal heat pipe is greatly enhanced.
2. Liquid metal has both the flow characteristics of liquid and the high thermal conductivity of metal, and has excellent heat dissipation performance. The thermal conductivity is thousands of times that of air, dozens of times that of water, and much higher than that of many non-metallic heat-conducting media. 3. Process: The lamp body is forged and pressed, the microstructure is optimized, the complete metal flow line is preserved, waterproof and dustproof, and the mechanical performance of the product is improved. Good body appearance.
4. The bulb uses six high-efficiency CSP-3570 LED chips, with a service life of up to 50,000 hours and an illumination of 600W 6500K per pair. The luminous flux reaches 80000 lumens per pair, brighter than holographic bulbs. Each LED provides extremely bright white light, which helps to clearly see signs and obstacles in advance, (an additional layer of oil film is attached to the surface of the lamp beads, which makes the color temperature of the headlights more stable and effectively reduces light decay).
5. Constant current intelligent temperature control module: external temperature control intelligent drive, which can identify the temperature of the lamp body and share the heat; avoid the risk of lamp burning, reduce the temperature of the headlight and prolong its life.
6. Integrated heat dissipation, built-in heat dissipation system: equipped with a hydraulic fan, the speed can reach 15000rmp, and the heat dissipation is fast. The fan shaft is made of copper, and the fan is stable and has a long life. Composed of a copper sheet + two copper tubes, the copper sheet combined with the copper tube has a better heat conduction effect, achieving double-sided heat conduction effects, the substrate is closely combined with the aluminum lamp body, and is in full contact, allowing the temperature of the lamp beads to be quickly and efficiently transferred to the bottom fan, the heat dissipation effect is greatly improved.
