Instructions for use:
1. Use the air conditioning oil level test cotton to determine the volume that needs to be refilled this time
2. Pour the fluorescent agent into the measuring cup, and use the filling cylinder to draw out the corresponding fluorescent agent
3. Please fill the filling cylinder with fluorescent agent, try to avoid contact with air
4. Connect the one-way valve and the filling pipe in turn, tighten them, and push them slowly to exhaust the air
5. Start the air conditioning system, turn on the maximum air volume, and turn on the outer circulation mode
6. First connect the filling tube on the filling cylinder with the R134A special quick connector, and then snap it into the low pressure end of the air conditioning system, and slowly inject the fluorescent agent
7. For large-scale automobile air conditioners, when the above-mentioned filler is connected to the air conditioning system, loosen the one-way valve and the filler cylinder, the filler cylinder extracts the fluorescent agent, exhausts the air, and then connects the quick connector to The fluorescent agent is pushed into the air conditioning system, and this method can be used repeatedly to add a larger amount of fluorescent agent
8. After filling, before removing the quick connector and the filling pipe, in order to prevent the fluorescent agent contamination, please wrap a clean rag around the filling port, and then use the cleaning agent to remove the remaining fluorescent agent
9. After filling, use a cleaning brush to clean the filling cylinder
10. Continue to run the system for 20-30 minutes to allow the fluorescent agent to be evenly distributed to the leak points in the system, and perform detailed leak detection with a fluorometer
